Mack worked hard to sell our property even though it took about 8 months. He believed that the property was priced right and defended its value. Mack continued to hold open houses and followed up on any visitors. He defended our view of the property and resisted some outrageous demands of the buyers.

My wife and I were in the hunt for our first home, and working with Mack made the process a breeze. We purchased our home back in February (a little late on this), and moved in in March. We saw the house on a Saturday, and by the following Saturday it was ours. Mack worked hard and never skimped on any details with communicating with us. I would highly recommend working with Mack. He's awesome and super easy going and made home buying easy.

Mack was recommended to me by a coworker, and he was a pleasure to work with. He showed me ten nice places that fit my needs, each one getting closer to what I was looking for. In fact, the tenth house was the one I fell in love with. There was a bidding war, and he negotiated with the seller even though he was on vacation. His response time was stellar throughout the process and I won the house without paying through the nose. Mack has great instincts and he has good relationships with other realtors in the area, which enhances his negotiation skills. He also recommended a loan officer who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. And he knows skillful contractors if your new house needs some work. I'd recommend him to anyone.
