Mack made searching and then finding our home a pleasant experience. His patience and knowledge of the area along with answering our many questions made us feel comfortable buying a home in a different state. Mack was available upon our request and made us feel like a valued customer. His communication during the entire process made everything run smoothly so we knew what to expect next. When the inspection found something that needed attention he really stepped up to the plate and rallied for a good compromise for us.
